The Embassy of Hungary is proud to share an unconventional exhibition with the American audience, which already attracted tens of thousands of visitors in Hungary at the Hungarian National Museum. The research of institutions monitoring religious discrimination indicates that Christians are the targets of most attacks and severe religious persecution. The situation is especially desperate in the Middle East, in the cradle of Christianity, where the survival of Christian communities of two thousand years is in great danger. This thoughtfully curated collection of facts and findings aims to shine the light on the causes and consequences of Christian persecution in the Middle East and to present a successful example of real community-level support in action. This unconventional exhibition depicts the efforts of Hungary in providing the means of ensuring the freedom of religion beyond its borders.
